Worst experience ever!! Tracy is very rude and has a very unprofessional attitude toward her customers. Paid $120 dollars to get beautiful hair color and this was not the case. Instead she did what she wanted to do. I asked for highlights and lowlights and the back half to be dark brown. She added very little highlights but gave me chunks of dark brown highlights which was too dark for my face. When asking her to fix she answered " I gave what u wanted" so she was going to charge me to put more highlights instead of trying to make me happy. I was mortified when I seen how dark my hair was! Very upsetting and no customer satisfaction. How could she let me leave the salon knowing I was upset with her work? Please give ur money to someone that listens to what you are wanting and works only on you as that is your appointment. She also left the dye on too long and I has burnt scalp. If you are a regular (like I was) it's just a matter of time before she will do this to you.

I love Tracy Garland! I highly recommend this salon for all of your hair needs! Absolutely best cosmetologists work here, and you can't beat the prices! Thanks Tracy for everything! Will definitely be back!
