We broke down with a loaded horse trailer just outside of Des Moines , Colorado. We were calling every tire place we could find on our phones in the area. JM Tire answered our call. The lady on the phone was amazing and said they could send someone with tires that would fit my horse trailer. About 2 hours later a young man showed up to help.
I cannot express how hard that young man worked to change my 2 flat tires. Ryan literally busted his ass to get the tires changed over for us. The tire beads were welded hard from long term setting in Arkansas hot sun. He refused to be detoured. An amazing young man who did his job . The tires did no cooperate and were very difficult to change yet he persevered and got us on our way.
Thank you JM Tire and thank you Ryan for your hard work. Our horse is in her new home now , safe because of JM tire.

Went in with one quote. They changed the product and the price without checking! Price ended up 40% higher than quoted, well above other stores in the area. These guys are a total RIP OFF!!!

J.M. Tire has serviced and repaired every vehicle my family has owner for over 10 years. They do excellent work, and stand behind what they do. Their tow service is top notch as well, and is always there if you need them. This is the only shop in Trinidad I would let touch any of my vehicles. After bad experiences at 2 other shops in town, J.M. took over my service, and I have never looked back.

I have a 1981 Chevy and had them change the starter. Not only did the starter already go bad, (it broke the solenoid completely off), they did a poor job installing it. Once of the bolts was damaged, stripped so it wouldn't hold the starter tight enough. The other fell completely out since it wasn't big enough. The only reason it didn't fall out of the car completely was that the transmission coolant line was holding it up. There are no PARTS PLUS stores within 170 miles so I have to buy a new starter and ship this one back to them to get the money back on that, which won't even cover my time to repair it.
