Founded in 1995, the Martin House Learning Center provides educational opportunities for more than 350 students at-risk for academic failure. The center administers the English as a Second Language program. It offers group mentoring, scouting for boys and girls, summer camps and basketball programs. The Martin House Learning Center also sponsors various special events for promoting communities and individuals. The center provides computer literacy classes that include instructions in typing and Microsoft Office. It offers adult instruction that includes pre-graduate equivalent degree courses and daylight-twilight high school classes.
