Gas fireplace wasn't turning on, so I called Millazzo Refrigeration and he said it was probably the thermal coupler. I made an appointment, he came out, diagnosed and fixed it within an hour of walking through my door. I was very impressed that he knew what was wrong before he entered my house. To me, that's someone that is knowledgeable about what they do.

My furnace suddenly stopped working, I have a twenty month old child, and I live in a drafty old bungalow. I called Millazzo Heating and Cooling because a neighbor refered me to them and I couldn't be happy. The service man responsed quickly and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my furnace promptly and at a good price. I would definitely use them again.

I bought a house in October and after moving in realized my second floor was around twenty degrees cooler than the main level. I had two small children sleeping in rooms that felt like the weather outside. I called a heating and cooling company that came out, charged me $90 for a service call and told me I would need to upgrade my furnace. My wife insisted I get a second opinion, so I called Millazzo Refrigeration. He asked me if I had really hot rooms, which I did, and if I would be willing to do a little troubleshooting with him over the phone. After a fifteen minute conversation, familiarization with my duct work, and a couple tweaks of the shut-off valves, I could feel the difference. He saved me a ton of money, educated me on simple principles of a ventilation system and it was all free. What a great guy!

We paid 500.00 for a part for ...

We paid 500.00 for a part for our commercial cooler. He replaced the defective part. He said it would take a day for it to reach optimum temp and it never did. We contacted him and he looked at it and he said got a bad part that would he replace it under warranty. After several attempts he finally returned our calls and informed us that the part was in and made an appointment (date and time). He failed to show at the agreed time. We then contacted him and his reply was he received another call. This was repeated several times and now he appears to be avoiding our calls.
