0 Stars - Agree with DXCQ 001 no up front quotes even after requesting several times. Very slow on the job and milk the customer for all they can. Unorganized and lacking business practices. Do not let them start a job unless you have an agreed upon quote.

Do I have to put 1 star? Make it zero stars!



Plan on a weekend service call costing at least $120, and they were geographically 1 mile away from my house (from Veteran's Drive)!



No up-front pricing or hourly wage stated. Absolutely no options offered. They'd rather just stay silent and milk the customer for all they're worth!



Dismantled a hot water heater and STILL did not know what the problem was. Suspected a gas valve at $595 replacement cost and $150 "shipping" from the manufacturer (overnight shipping, of course!)



I think an entire HW Heater is available for less than that! Trying an alternate option to get the job done for less than it costs to go on a cruise!



I'm not lining EZ's pockets this Christmas!
