When I talked to Ed on the phone he have me a reasonable quote on brake pads and rotors. I knew I needed two front tires as well and planned on asking him about that when I got there.



I didn't have to ask he told me I needed new tires and found me a used matching pair and gave me a discount for having multiple services done! I thought that was very good customer service.



When the job was done I noticed a rubbing sound when I would turn the wheel all the way to the left during a u-turn. I went back and within 20 minutes I was out and everything was working fine.



Oh and by the way I had my 2 year old daughter with me and all the guys working there made us both feel comfortable.



I will be returning for any other issues that may come up.
