I've had a couple Mary Kay consultants due to relocation and Angeline has by far the WORST customer service skills ever; she is rude and I rather drive the 4 hours to my old consultant than to ever go back to this lady. First of all she would never answer my phone calls; it look me 3 days just to finally get ahold of her! And of course she would not meet me anywhere-not even to help me out even when I told her I was almost 9 months pregnant and her house was a little far from mine and she wouldn't even meet me a inch closer! Oh and then she makes me wait outside her damn house for 15 min before she answers my numerous calls and she knew I was already on my way! And this lady doesn't even have the decency to come down and meet with me herself oh no she has her freaking assistant come who was stupid and didn't know what I wanted when it should've been ready in the first place cuz I told Angeline what I needed. Oh and the worst part is that she gave me the wrong damn makeup!!!!!! She did get the Concealor part right but gave me the totally wrong color. I don't think ivory and dark are even close or do I need my eyes checked? And I notice this right when I get home like 15 min later and I call; text; call some more and text a lot more. Was I asking for a refund? NO! All I wanted was to exchange the dark for ivory. Simple right? Nope that witch just never answers or calls/texts me back. Never a sorry for the bad service or my money back or an exchange nope nothing just 15-20$ gone. By far the worst sales rep in the world!! ANGELINE YOU ARE SOILING THE MARY KAY BRAND!!!!!!! (if you don't want to answer calls and meet with people then maybe you shouldn't be a sales rep!!)



Oh and I truly think this "sales rep" needs to be FIRED FROM MARY KAY.
