I received great customer service from Karen Richardson. The sales staff in general were not at all pushy, and when I was ready for assistance Karen was great! I needed to change my sofa order after i realized it wouldn't fit through the door and Karen helped me to find an alternative and change the order with no problem. I liked their selection of furniture, they had what I wanted in stock, and the delivery was quick and professional. I highly recommend the Joppa Road location.

questionable business practices!. We purchased furniture and upon changing our mind, called and cancelled twice. No documentation was made and now they refuse to refund our $100 deposit. They claim it was an "as is purchase and the deposit will be considered a restocking fee. They faxed us an unsigned contract as proof of this and would not even offer us a store credit. We have both worked in retail furniture in the past and this customer treatment is unheard of! Beware doing business at their Chrchville location.

We bought our bedroom set from them. We never knew that they had bedding and accessories too. It was like one stop shopping. Sales staff was not pushy at all, and we got the best deals. My wife had a blast designing the room, and I have to admit so did I, there was a lot to choose from and they had most of it in stock too. We are planning to go back this spring after our addition is complete. Very pleased.
