Much better choices to consider. The staff seems more concerned about making their job easy and doesn't seem to care about the family. For example we were pushed to cut our meal time between viewings short because "there's a lot to do between viewings" we cut dinner short, only to find out it was literally 30 seconds of paperwork that could be done anytime. Then the office haggled over a $37.48 discrepancy in a rate change that happened in the 3 days between paying them more than $11,000 and the viewing . . .REALLY? You are going to make this an issue and point to fine print to justify? Last time using them. It's like they were taken over by the Motor Vehicle Admin.
