I got transferred to Radebaugh to send flowers to out-of-town relatives who live in a remote area. I explained this to the representative and she assured me that this would be no problem. The order was placed on a Tuesday for a Saturday delivery (plenty of time to ensure a delivery was indeed possible). Saturday at 1 p.m. We received a call that they were unable to locate a florist to deliver any flowers. Our family was awaiting some type of notification as to the gender of their first grandchild and we told them something special was on the way Saturday. These flowers were very important to us. They dropped the ball BIG time and we had to ultimately call Amex conceairge to SCRAMBLE to locate a florist to deliver same day even though by this time it was almost 2 in the afternoon.

Radebaugh's out-of-town delivery could have checked into this delivery for us as it was placed days in advance. The customer service representative was also not very friendly and no offer was ever made to rectify their mistake.

Thank you so much as always for your wonderful kind courteous service for Dr. Lyden at our time of loss. We always use you and you never fail to come through so elegantly in a time of sorrow. My Grandaughter-in-Law said the arrangement you sent was as if you knew exactly what her grandfather loved. That is the stongest compliment I think anyone could ever give. I just had to share that with you. I highly recommend anyone to use your service as it has always been amazing.

Valentine's delivery this morning for my wife. Beautiful arrangement, courteous delivery man, and the roads were not in very good shape after 40" of snow this week.

I called Radebaugh's florist in the morning (from out of state) and by early afternoon of the same day the arrangement was delivered. The lady that spoke with me over the telephone was attentive and offer suggestions until I was sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. My son-in-law was so surprise and pleased that my daughter sent a photo of my son with his flowers. It was so easy to order, the delivery was *quick* and the flowers looked beautiful. I only deal with Radebaugh Florist, their facility offers anything a flower/plant lover wants. I know if I place a call that the ultimate delivery will be exactly as I specified. The employees are knowledgeable and kind and complete orders in a timely manner. I also have had silk flowers made into an arrangement I use as a centerpiece and they always bring comments of "I thought that was real". The craftsmanship in the arrangement is perfect. When I receive a gift from someone who has used Radebaugh's I know they cared to use the best.
