Provided by YP.comThe Manager in this location ( 1255 east Joppa rd Towson Md) is rude, arrogant,temperamental and lacks proper customer skills. I requested for food in a bowl and this nasty thing retorted" it's called niga burrito" I reminded him that I was not buying the name but the food. He rolled his eyes and rudely went on to say that he is the Manager and can tell me whatever he wants. This happened to the customer behind me as well and I feel this is Manager needs to know how to deal with the public. If this how he's dealing with the public how about those Mexican employees under his supervision?
