The nursing staff is offered regular clinical training through in-house in-services and through outside qualified professionals. The home s residents are free to choose their own physicians and referrals are made to specialists whenever necessary. Specialized care is provided at the home on a regular basis by a geriatric psychiatrist, pharmacy, podiatry, dentist, speech, physical and occupational therapies, and exercise and fitness programs. The other services provided include personal laundry, facility linen, trash removal and maintenance concerns.

Provided by SuperpagesMy mom has been at Presbyterian Home of Maryland for almost a year and we could not be more pleased with her care. They go above and beyond with my mom. I visit every week and I am always pleased with my mom's appearance, her room and bath are always very clean as well as the rest of the home. I consider this a home for my mom not a facility. She gets a lot of one on one care. The meals are always homemade and always a nice variety. I would highly recommend Presbyterian Home of Maryland to anyone looking to place their loved ones in a caring atmosphere.
