Very disappointed, if I could give this place zero stars I would. The manager Matt lied and told my husband that due to his astigmatism my husband couldn't use plastic lenses and a more expensive product was needed so we trusted Pearle Vision and bought said product. A couple of hours later we decided that it felt like we'd been had and got a second opinion. It turns out that my husband could use plastic lenses. We contacted Matt who told us too bad, no refund or credit and to dispute the charge. Pearle Vision Customer Service was useless and does not have the power to do anything towards resolving issues. After waiting a week for a promised call back from the store owner that never came we were told nothing would be done to correct this and we could go and dispute the charge with the credit card company. Basically we were told to shove it. Beware of Matt's use of dishonesty in order to up sell pricier products. Give a customer a good experience and they will tell 10 people about it but give them a bad experience and the customer will tell 20 people about the sorry excuse of a business AND employee.
