They did an awesome job re-siding and replacing windows in my house last year. Now I need a couple more windows replaced and I can't find them, I think they went out of business. Shame really, they were awesome.

I had Maryland Window & siding put a roof on my garage. I was over charged and saw the works cutting off the rotten part of wood and replacing. When I pulled them up on it they replace with new wood in some places. I would never recommend them to anyone. I only got them becaused I trusted Heaven 600. They never paid for recommendations as promised. They will not call you back once they find out you're complaining about their shabby work. Believe me, if you find a good review they wrote it. I would not give one star if there was a zero to be given. The agent that wrote my contract pulled away from the company, his conscious got the best of him, said he just couldn't treat people like that. Mrs.L. Evans

No problems until I phoned to let the owner know the dryer vent hadn't been installed but they had charged me for it. I called and sent emails and no one ever called to come back out to install so I had someone else do it. Still trying to get someone to return my calls/email so I can get my $100 back! WIndows were installed the begining of May...

Had MD Window and Siding Systems replace all of our windows. 2 were not working and needed replaced. Took a long time to get order placed. The window supplier was the one who actually who took care of us. MD Window and Siding stopped returning our calls. Would not recommend.

I got 3 estimates to do the roof and siding on our home, these guys were the most competitive and used the materials we wanted. crews showed up on time and worked until it was done, one day for the roof, and 2 days for the siidng. cleanup was perfect. they did an amazing job, looks like a new house! would recommend to anyone, great people to work with

I hired Maryland Window and Siding to do my whole house of windows. 26 to be exact. The same foreman that measured the windows did the installation with his crew in one day. They were polite, professional and cleaned up as they worked. The finished result was beautiful. Thank you Maryland Window and Siding!

I've been dealing with Maryland Windows and Siding since November. The entire job was supposed to be done in December. By February nothing had even started. Initially unanswered questions, phone calls and emails flagged potential problems and kept us from moving forward. Then things that were said would be included wouldn't be put in writing. Then a significant price increase was made for things that were well known throughout the entire process. Unwilling to pay more, I requested that my deposit be refunded. They would not respond so I had to file complaints and take legal action against them. Before using them contact the Home Improvement Commission to review the complaints against them, check to see if they may be going out of business, and make sure everything they say is included is detailed in their proposals or contracts!

They replaced my windows roof and siding. My house looks brand new. The crews wereproffessional and they explained everything they were doing to my home through the entire process. I will recommed them to my friends and family.

excellent customer service. From start to finish it was a very professional experience.The estimator and the crews were reliable and knowledgable. The windows for my home were measured by the same foreman that put then in. I noticed a difference in my home almost immediately. I would highly recommend going with Maryland Window and Siding.

Just got windows installed, had 3 estimates their price was the best and got the 30% tax credit. Great work, great product, very happy would definitely recommend

Only one star - for promptness of estimate - otherwise they are the worst window installer that you can ever deal with. They do not level, insulate nor caulk any window properly, so your screens do not fit either. Had I not paid one half before receiving & installation I would NEVER use them nor recommend them. Very poor contractor.
