On Thursday morning 8/25/16 I discovered that the left lens was missing from my distance glasses. I was leaving that Sunday for a weeklong summer sports vacation in Montana so I was in a real pickle. I called Bowers and Snyder Opticians in Towson (even though I bought my glasses at the Bowers and Snyder in Timonium) and spoke with Jackie who went above and beyond to help me out. First she located the original eyeglass order and gave me directions to the lab who made my glasses. While I was driving to the lab to drop my glasses off she called the lab and gave them the prescription for the missing lens and put a rush on the work order. By Friday (the next day) my glasses were ready for pick up in time for my vacation. I am exceedingly grateful for Jackie. Without her assistance and generosity my vacation would not have been the fabulous experience that it was!!
