Sales staff did a nice job, but quality of the furniture delivered was well below expectations and what was being shown on the floor. Service in resolving the issues was poor. It has been 4 months since I ordered and they still have not resolved the issues. They have not offered any compensation or shown any flexibility as a result of the missed dates and errors.
