We have been a very satisfied customer of Clean Impressions for over 5 years. We have found Lenny and his people to be very professional in our interactions with them, and they have done excellent work each time we have had them clean our carpets. They are very responsive, and are prompt in keeping their appointments. In addition, we have found that Clean Impressions is well worth what they charge for their services. We recently had a need for their services when our granddaughter was ill, resulting in her throwing up and getting large stains of orange Gatorade on our beige bedroom carpet. We were not able to clean it with spot removers, and learned that this type of stain is extremely difficult to successfully remove. We called Clean Impressions and they came to us the very next day. Lenny researched various chemicals and found one that he specifically ordered for our job which was able to remove the stain in its entirety.
