Great Company. On time. Very personable. Took time to give us tips about our dishwasher functions. Very pleased. I have used them twice and same great service each time!!!!

I hired Ken as our washer wasn't draining water and cycle was stuck in between. He came and advised that the motor would need to be changed. He said he would order it and come in a couple of days. After calling him for 2 weeks to ask him to come back to fix the problem, during which he would say that part didn't arrive etc and also go from not showing up as promised and making me loose vacation day that I would take for his visit, to not returning my calls, to plain hanging up on me, he eventually showed up, changed the motor, started the cycle and left with his money. We called him few minutes later that water is not draining and cycle is stuck(same as before). He said he would come later and he stopped two days later and started drain cycle and said its working fine. I told him again and again (he cannot refuse that) that problem is with regular cycle and not in drain cycle. He said -call me again if there is problem. I said many times that problem is still there as he didn't even look at it but he said he can't wait and left. After few minutes of starting the regular cycle, I called him again for same problem and he said now its thanks giving holiday and he can't come before next Monday(5 days). Very painful experience(spend around $300 on a service person who is not spending time to diagnose the problem and just keeps on making guesses). TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I will review again if I see any better experience if I see him next time.
AND HE has horrible attitude and he yelled at me when I said that I am very disappointed with the service. SAVE YOURSELF pain and stay away from him.

Horrible attitude,very disrespectful,rude to me and my wife, took are money and ran, had another commpany come and fix the job and said that kens appliances basically butchered the job so they can make more money of you....please stay far far away from this fake business
