We were unsure about whether to buy a wood burning stove or pellet stove. Mary and Mark were absolutely amazing. They talked with us about different options and guided us in the right direction. Our pellet stove is tops! It takes our living room from 62 to 79 quickly and runs like a champ. Mark came to our house for an orientation and was not only knowledgeable, he was pleasant and truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase. My husband and I are both in sales and can say this company truly understands the importance of 'service after the sale'. Thank you Mark and Mary. Amie and Mike, Tyler Lake.

Outstanding customer service! We purchased our machine years ago from them and never had any problem. I called yesterday and the person answering the phone immediately found the records and Mark came over today. Our Pellet stove is running great and I should also say the the model had been discontinued but Mark still got it working smoothly! A great job!

I purchased a pellet stove 13 months ago from Palace Aids and I couldnt be more happy with it. The knowledge of both Mark and Mary excel in their field. They take the time, they tell the truth and they are always there if you need them, no matter how small the question. The blower died last night, I called Mark this morning and by 1pm my stove was up and running again. It turned out to be a sensor disc that Mark replaced, he also spent time with me going over the functions of the stove, certainly way beyond what your oil company would do. Palace Aids is a great business and Mark and Mary are excellent people...I would highly recommend them. 5 stars

We cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. We bought a pellet stove 2 days ago and had it delivered today. Mary was by far the best sales person ever. I would buy anything from her! But really, she was so knowledgeable and helpful. She educated us on everything we need to know about pellet stoves. They also delivered it to our home free of charge. You can buy pellets there too and they store them for you!! We plan on buying a hot tub next year and will only go to palace aids for this puchase. Thank you thank you thank you palace aids for being so accomadating, knowledgeable, personsable and helpful!!
