So glad we found Paul when my boyfriend went here to get his tonneau cover fixed. He is the only person that has put covers on my boyfriend's trucks and he lost track of him a few years ago when Paul moved away. Now that he know that Paul is back and at South Bay Truck Tops, he will never go anywhere else.

So glad we found South Bay Truck Tops! I had a Snug Top and Bed Rug on my last truck that we'd gotten elsewhere. I was never all that happy with the other folks, and when we decided to buy a new truck I looked around for somewhere to get a new setup ... since SBTT is listed as an authorized dealer on both manufacturer websites we decided to give them a call.



Paul was awesome from day one. He spent quite a bit of time with hubby and myself discussing what we were looking for and was very helpful in narrowing down which model Snug Top shell to get. We ended up having a huge SNAFU with the delivery of our new truck and Paul was really cool about working with us due to car dealer delays.



The guys got the Bed Rug, Snug Top shell, and some Weather Tech accessories installed in about 2 hours and tolerated hubby's gawking. They're all super nice guys and do a really professional job.



If you're looking for any truck accessories, I'd definitely recommend them!

I would like to tell you about my recent experience at South Bay Truck Top. I recently took a Snug Top in for servicing and talked with Paul. Snug top "supposedly" has a lifetime warranty on there shells. Paul removed the top and sent it into Snug Top. They refused to work on it because the serial number tag had gotten knocked off by accident because I haul construction material with the truck. Snug Top employes were very rude, disrespectful and downright discourteous. So what did Paul do? HE did the warranty work himself at his shop at no charge. SNUG TOP you guys suck!! A week later I purchased a new truck and took it to Paul to get a NEW top put on it. The last thing I was ever going to do was put another Snug Top on anything I own so he sold me a LEER top and a very reasonable price (less expensive than SNUG TOP). Now that I own one of each I must say that I much prefer the LEER over the Snug Top. The finish is great, it fits like a glove and the rear window latching system and struts are superior all around. My best friend needed a top for his new truck and because of my experience he also chose to go with LEER. I HIGHLY recommend SOUTH BAY TRUCK TOP to anyone that is looking for a top. Their work is exceptional and their ethics are over the top.

Southbay Truck Tops took real good care of me after my huge fiasco with the shop that hacked my truck up in Downey. They went over all the previous installation, before and after the first cap was removed and returned, and made sure everything was in operating order. They met the best price I had and charged me almost half of what Dodge Dealer wanted to install my Interior Cargo Lights. Going back for future installs like a Bull Bar and interior lighting kit. Highly Recommended, they did so much better of a job than that hack shop in Downey. It's nice when a shop treats your truck with the same care as you would. Matt is the best!!!
