The offer was presented in great detail with pictures of exisisting roof problems and how to avoid them. The presentation and videos convinced me Pacific Homeworks was capable of a good job.
I was pleasantly pleased with both crews. The men worked so hard and so well as a team. When I became concerned about a potential problem, Richard the team supervisor, produced photos of my roof "in progress" and a reasurring explanation. My concern was unfounded but was treated with respect.
Pacific Homeworks produced the good job promised. I would be pleased to suggest them to others.

I was very happy when I answered a knock on my door and there was a very nice young man selling home improvements, his name was Ryan. He works for Pacific Homeworks and he was very nice, accommodating to my needs and was not pushy at all. He looked over my home and advised me that his company could replace my old windows for a great price with a great product. I told Ryan yes please send me a salesman to go over the pricing. I was surprised at the low price for such great windows and I am happy to review this company as a five star company. I thought it was appropriate to give this company a good review because I love my windows and they were so nice! Keep up the good work. I will call and make an appointment after my tax refund to have my stucco redone. Thank you again for the great service!

David Reyes team did a great job on my house. They came out and did a thorough evaluation of the house and informed us the work they recommended. They were not pushy or overbearing and so we were pleased to hire them. They started the work and David's team were careful to do the proper covering of windows and other exterior parts that were not to be painted and make sure everything was protected to do a nice neat clean job. They did a great patching up job on cracks and holes in the stucco before priming and painting. They finished as promised in a very timely manor and cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. I had 3 jobs done to my home by PHW Inc. All where completed on time with all their crews PROS at their duties and the site was cleaned up after each job was completed. All work was supervised buy component mangers. The only problems I had was getting one inspection done by L.A. CITY on time but KYLE T. took care of this and all went well. As Contractors go this was the best company I'v had work on my home in 22 years. They also seem to respect VETERANS and I had no problem in negotiating a fair price for the work.

The windows went in with ease as promised and so far I have been happy with the product (not even any leaking with the first rains).

I had a very good experience with Pacific Home Works. While I did think their pricing was high,I got them to lower their price to where I was comfortable paying. There are three men that I had the pleasure to meet Mike,Joey and Johnny Cruz. Mike and Joey were the men I first talked with. They did the initial measuring and gave me the price. Johnny Cruz was the hands on Boss that I dealt with. He would remeasure the roof and confirm the measurement to company. He would talk to me about the roofing crew,materials,or anything at all that I didn't understand about the job or the company. He also is the man that made sure that the cleanup after the roofing job was completed. I had some issues about the job,and Johnny had his men take care of the issues I had. I feel really good about doing business with Pacific Home Works because of people like Mike,Joey, and Johnny Cruz.

They replaced our roof and also worked on the trim. I love how my roof looks like - it's not just the apperance from a mile away but even when you can get closer you can see that they pay attention to details, the workmanship quality is top notch.

Great Company. Very responsive. They answered all my questions ( I had a lot). Patient with me in making my decision. The work was done efficiently and I am happy with my new upgrade.

As far as I can tell, they did a good job and everything was clean when they left. I would and will be using them again when it comes time to replace the rest.

I just had my Windows done and cool wall paint job and the crew got the work done quickly and efficiently. Even covered over holes and installed New lamps I bought. The work is really great and Scott did a great job with measurements and final walk through with me.

Recently doing business with Pacific Homeworks, and have had professional service, from Johnny Cruz, who has came out and check on the process of crews, doing our roof. He has responded to our phone calls, listen to issues we had with permits, gave me information to who was handling them! Also did a clean up job on my house that wasn't his responsibility!

Crew did excellent work and always cleaned areas when done.

This company was excellent when it came to communication. They always expedited to call me back. I truly appreciate that there was always a supervisor there that spoke English. The supervisor was always on board or called me immediately. I was afraid because there are not a lot of people who you can trust when it comes to taking care of your house, but Pacific Homeworks assured me that they had the backing of their company and worked very well with me. Mark, the sales representative, went over our finances with us and assured me that everything would be done the way the company and I expected it to be done. They followed through with everything. Everyone that worked on my house would always come up to introduce themselves. There is nothing negative about this company. I am impressed with the way they presented themselves.
