Dumb woman Strickland wrote the ticket incorrectly. I received a ticket on the 110 freeway for going too slow. Usually these people write a ticket that you are going too fast. The white female blond blue eyed racist and the Mexican crAp side kick who both hate black people handed me my ticket but not my license. I had to drive back in front of the cop car and risk getting shot to beg them for my license back. I called a supervisor and he did not help at all. They just hate black people, I am a law abiding 6 year navy veteran trying to do Uber eats and Instacart even had recycling in the car. They do not want black people to have anything, take away our money, kill us, and call us number 2 male and put b on the ticket. Imagine what they do to poor people everyday with no food in their stomach, disgrace!! I am a 49 year old black man and suffered racism and humiliation. I made $139 this week, ticket clinic $250 and the ticket is $300. Bankrupting me. Times are tough for us working types they do not care. Dismiss my ticket lw16331 even had veteran on my license, nothing they still write the ticket.

I recommend the Department of Justice provide all of California Highway Patrol with any and all grants and funding that they seek. Its amazing how I have never had anything more than professionalism my entire life from an organization. 5 stars...
