My kids have been patients of Dr. Maglica since birth (over 10 years!)Through the years she has gone through some changes in staff and we've always adjusted to these changes because we love Dr. Maglica. My kids are comfortable with her and I trust her completely with the healthcare of my kids. Recently, a front office nurse was brought on board and she is the absolute worst! She has gotten into screaming matches with patients over the phone, talks back to the other staff, is bluntly rude to people without taking into consideration that there are children present. I have always just gone in, handled my business with her and moved on with my life... until yesterday.This woman decided it was ok to be rude and disrespectful to me.
