When my Samsung TL220's lens mechanism became stuck, I became quite frustrated from all the camera repair shops who told me it was no use to repair and that I should just buy a new one. I called Dean and right away he told me to bring it down and he'd take a look. Not only was he completely decent and friendly, not talking down to me in a dismissive manner like the others, but he was also very knowledgeable and professional. He actually showed me, using a different camera's lens, what the problem was and fixed it for me the same day at an extremely reasonable price. I wish there were more business owners like Dean and strongly recommend his shop to anyone who may need his services.
