Brian went the extra mile to clean my tank! They dug up the riser, back flushed and thoroughly cleaned it. He also advised us on how to keep it from backing up. Thanks again!

Quick and friendly service. We are new to septic systems and the guys were very helpful with how to care for our tank. Also pointed out our lateral field and how to protect and maintain it as well.

A huge thank you to Brian and A-1 Septic Tank Cleaning. I had called with an emergency septic issue during a time when there was a lot of rain . At first he was able to get me scheduled 2 days out - far sooner than any of the other septic companies which were 2 weeks or more out. Brian then called back within a hour of my call and was able to get me in the same morning. I will certainly be using this company for any future service calls. Prompt, friendly and professional. Terrific service and advice... We called them in dire emergency to get our tank pumped and Brian was prompt and very helpful. We will definitely be using them AND ONLY THEM in the future. We were given some wrong information from several plumbing companies and he gave us reliable information to use going forward. Thanks for your excellent advice and customer service. Those are hard qualities to find together in the world that we live in.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! While Brian was polite & helpful. The woman who answers the phone was rude & inappropriate. She yelled & cussed at my husband - calling him all sorts of things I cannot include in this review because of how inappropriate/obscene she was.

I will make sure that everyone we know does not give any business to this business.

Don't go anywhere else for your septic tank needs- Brian is fast and professional, and he also gave good advice for maintenance of the septic system and drainfield. Highly Recommended!

Brian from A-1 Septic was very friendly and professional. We are selling our house and he advised us of repairs that needed to be made so our septic would pass inspection. He referred us to a concrete saw company that would help with the repairs. After the concrete company came out he was out the very next day to complete the repairs and clean the tank. Brian also gave us advise on how often to clean the tank and to put yeast in the toilets to aide in digestion.

We have used A-1 Septic Tank Cleaning for years. They're always friendly and very professional. We've never have been disappointed. We would highly recommend them. Thanks for speedy service and great job.
