Epic Fail: The Boost Mobile store at 17th and Washburn, Topeka KS cost me a lot of money buying two plans in one week. They are dishonest and craven. They pretended to attempt to solve my problem, failed in every respect and wasted 1.5 hours of my time.



This manager never admitted to any mistake. The guy next to him can't understand English or form a question well. They just had me stand around waiting on them putting on a circus, only to turn, ask the offending clerk if I was right or wrong and then tell me no.



I have rarely seen a less effective, more wasteful group of workers in a cell phone store. I will not return and they lose my business forever.
