Bobby of Tool Time Mower service has a lot to say but never delivers. He over charges and in my case never delivers. It took him 31/2 weeks to do a one day job, over charged according to Sears Service Center on my Craftsman riding lawn mower, didn't deliver when he said he would, lied about the payment plan, and then bad mouthed me and my wife to total starngers. He never ever does what he says he will and always has an excuse when you call him on it. I will never take anything to him again to work on and if asked, I will not recommend him to anyone.Way below standard!
