good w/the front cnter, the Dr's and asst are ok and friendly. As far as the billing (Valerie) goes, that is complt oppo. I called to get a rcpt for my FSA acct at 0910. They said she was to be in at 0900, should be in shortly and let me leave a VM. At 1035 I called back and spoke to the most standoffish person I have ever met. Valeri/bill. At first she couldn't find the billing, even though I gave her a name,a date of service. She said it was BC I called her my kid, and she is NOT a kid She is 18!!! WOW! thanks for correction Valerie WOW.snap much? She askd if I wld like it faxed or mailed. I asked her to email it. " I will see if I can find someone that knows how to do that". she giggles disrspctfully in my ear for the next 5-6 min. taunting me. Then I gave her my email address very slowly and clearly. At the end, she told me "that was great. would you like to try again, but do it slower this time." (in her best 1st grd tcher condescending voice) I gave it to her again. She then asked me What my new addr was, and I said "what are you talking about." She adamntly said "you said you moved."
No, no I didn't. I have lived in the same hse 22.75 years, why would I ever say that?"

"Well maybe you said you movd the pprs or somthing like that."
WHAT? where did this drug induced stment come from? Abslutely insane. I nvr said anythng about mving, I did not say anything about papers, nor did I say anythng about moving ppers. This statmnt still baffles me, other than the fact that she simply wanted to argue about evrythng I said!

Unless I am on my last choice, I will NOT be back to that clinic for any reason. if you want this prson rep your clinic, you have made a horrible choice. I have dlt with bad svc and grumps before, but this woman is defntely in the top 3 bad ppl in pro services. RSN they get one star, is BC the ppl at the front cntr,Drs. (and wont let me give .5 or 0 stars)

If I could give 0 stars I would....HORRIBLE! Do not use! I have never had such a poor experience with such an unprofessional staff. If it can't wait until the next morning go to the ER!

Tooele valleys spine center provided me with excellent service. The wait was quick and Dr. Thompson really knows what he is doing. I felt so much better coming out of the office and my lower back pain was gone 2 days later
