I currently got a mortgage loan, home equity loan, have checking and savings accounts through this branch and have been impressed with all. I especially enjoy the tellers and other employees there. they are very friendly and helpful. I did have an issue during the mortgage loan process, but after talking to the manager everything was straightened out, even better than what I was asking. There fees and I can always talk to a person. I recommend this branch to everyone.

this branch is a good branch I've never had a major problem, You've got to treat people with respect, to get respect! remember they're human and not without mistakes, my advice is keep track of your records, because if you tell them a mistake they probably won't remember. but if you show them A mistake, they are always happy to fix any problems. I had to close my checking account because they kept making errors. I cosigned a loan for a friend and the credit union got my name wrong on the title. Then they refused to help me straighten it out. The loan officer lied about what happened. It gets worse. Avoid this credit union, and especially this branch!
