THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE, IF YOU TAKE A MINUTE AND READ NEGATIVE REVIEWS FROM OTHER LOCAL TOOELE COUNTY PLUMBERS YOU CAN SEE THAT JUST ON DATE 10-26-2009 ONE PERSON "LINDA OR BARB" HAD A LOT OF PLUMBING DONE THAT DAY...NOT! JUST LOTS OF BAD REVIEWS OF COMPETITORS AND THE STORY IS THE SAME FOR MATTHEW'S, R & B, HOMETOWN, R PLUMBING ETC... SHAME ON DEX FOR ALLOWING SO MANY OF THE SAME FAKE REVIEWS... WE WILL BE TRYING TO GET FAKE REVIEWS DELETED FOR US AND OTHER HONEST LOCAL PLUMBERS... WE ALL KNOW WHO IS DOING THIS CAUSE THEY ARE NOT VERY SMART, KINDA LIKE PATRICK ON SPONGE BOB SQUARE PANTS. THE PEOPLE IN REVIEWS DON'T EXIST.

run from this guy. Loud mouthed jerk that charges over 100.00 just to give an estimate and then it was higher than everyone elses. When I asked him why so much? He got mouthy, loud and ignorant. So I called the office and he answered the phone and told me he was the owner too. What a joke. We'll never call your company again.Paul Williams Tooele Ut.

Don't even let these guys take out their flashlight for 5 minutes or they will try to say you owe the $70 with no warning for all their "hard work". The guy gave me a ridiculous quote and when i rejected it, he proceeded to tell me i was already $70 in. I told him no and he threatend me i would be sent to collections. He started to get pushy so i had to kick him off my property for his child like/unprofessional behavior. Terrible company with dodgy practices all around! To be honest the guy didn't seem to bright anyhow. Stay away for your own good

Beware of the "free" estimate! by Concerned consumer - 10/26/2009Don't even let Luke in for the free estimate cause using a flashlight means he used a tool will try to say you owe the $70. minimum fee, with no warning for all their "hard work".
