i.e., A local favoI ended up going with this company because they quoted me a good price compared to the others I received, and boy was that a mistake. The workers are rude and don't speak/understand English making it impossible to communicate any problems or suggestions that I saw or had during the process. I had to call the owner with info and have it relayed to them and even then, that wasn't working well. The owner himself is from Europe somewhere and speaks English but his accent was so thick I never knew if anything he said was actually what he said. The workers made a mess of my carpet tracking paint splotches and random dirt throughout my home. After bringing this to their attention, one of the workers got a wet rag and made things worse embedding paint and dirt into the carpet further. They covered furniture when it could not be removed and a month after the job was done I noticed tiny dots in areas where they had not fully protected my things. I should have looked over everyt
