I have a hard time giving them even one star. I purchased an auto loan from a dealership about 2 years ago and they did my financing at Heritage West Credit Union. Their customer service agents are very rude and not helpful at all. Their phone system is a joke (as is their online banking system), and it takes nearly 15 minutes just to get somebody on the phone. Then when you finally do get through to somebody, they are extremely inpatient, I have been put on hold multiple times trying to resolve minor issues. Have been told that somebody will contact me, that was 4 days ago and I still haven't heard anything. Very poorly run credit union. Re-financing my loan and closing out my account there. NEVER taking anything out with them again and would never recommend them to anybody!

I would rate lower if possible. I've belonged fordecades but it's not the same. They no longer care for members. Many fees rude personnel and poor management local and above.

ZERO STARS! I became a member over 30 years ago. I loved TFCU for many years. Once they were bought out by Chartway the quality and service declined incredibly fast. I closed my accounts nearly 3 years ago and still have issues with them. Be warned, they have almost none of their original membership for a reason.

Terrible service -Drive thru window is slow / I hate their online banking . I had an emergency over the weekend and I couldn't access my account ... I'm closing my account tomorrow ! I'm tired of this

HWCU has Terrible customer service. Just try calling them and prepare to wait 5-10 minutes on the phone listening to commercials before you talk to a live person. I joined another credit union that actually cares about their customers and answers their phones immediately with a live person.

I feel the same as most. The Bank used to be nie and use full. Bought out and is now the worst bank I've used in years. If you have an account with them close it and run. If you're thinking of getting an account with them just save your time and money and go else where.

One star is more than they deserve.

Don't ever bank with them ... they stole most of my money from my checking account. I didn't even know they were taking it until I got a "negative account warning" letter in the mail for their ridiculous minimum checking account balance fees !!

This credit unoon is the worst I have ever had. They were great until they were bought out. They will penny and dime you for everything they can. Do not, I repeat DO NOT bank with them! You will get screwed!

My small local credit union was great until it got taken over by this AWFUL organization. Heritage West behaves more like a large national bank.

This is literally the most horrible online banking platform in the nation. In addition to not being able to log in and do a thing, the employees are not about to help you if you call in to fix the situation. Extremely disappointing.

Not the same since Chartway took over. Fees for everything, even to close your accounts and take your money out! Ten years wasted.
