Poolside closed my pool for the first and last time. Very disappointed with their service. Showed up when expected, they dumped the chemicals that was expected and then started blowing out the lines. Capping the returns and covered the pool. They never dumped the water below the skimmer line and left all the old DE in the filter to harden over the winter. When questioned, the worker said "that's the way we do it" if I wanted the filter rinsed out it was going to cost me a additional $75.00. When they left I had to drop the water myself. Next time I will do it myself. When you Google the proper way to close a pool, the first thing they tell you is to backwash/waste your pool water below the skimmer line. Never will I recommend or use them again.

They are as nice as can be when they are taking your money, but buyer beware, good luck getting them back to fix the things they broke. Jim and the office staff are incredibly rude and their tactic seems to be to belittle, bully and blame the customer. Do yourself a favor and trust the negative reviews. Their initial pricing may be cheap, but you will pay in the long run.

I dealt with them. I spoke to a person named Jim. They have a habit of not making their last names clear. I guess they know that it makes it more difficult for you to sue them to get your money back. He gave me promises and I gave them (Jim and Nick) a deposit. No contact was made after that and it took a year and a half and I had to threaten them to expose their deceptive practices in order for me to get my money back. If you are thinking about hiring this company, look carefully and you will find the many bad reviews calling them thieves. I was lucky enough to get my money back but at a high cost of aggravation. Just another low life pool company and I can not believe they are still in business after taking so much from so many people. Check legal actions against them.

had a liner installed in may. very happy with the job they did. nick said he would be at job on the date he said he would and completed job as date discussed . they were in and out. would recommend this company for all your pool needs. nice to get a job done with no hassels.

Our pool was built by Poolside in 2006 and in 2015 the level of service and quality is still exceptional Jimmy and Nick are a pleasure to work with and always to the right thing for their customers. I highly recommend Pool Designs by Poolside, you won't be disappointed.

Very happy with my pool from Poolside. From the install to the yearly maintenance for the last... oh my its been 13 years already!!! Always great service in and out of the store. Can't wait to schedule my opening thisyear!!! (If the snow every goes away!)

Poolside installed a new in-ground pool in our backyard last summer. Everything was completed on time and they delivered everything they promised and more. Jim and Nick were available at all times regarding and issues or concerns that came up as the project went along. They also helped us with the pool's care and maintenance whenever we encountered a problem. I highly recommend Poolside for installation, repair, and/or maintenance.

Last year Poolside installed a new in ground pool AND a hot tub in our backyard. We could not be happier with the quality and design of our new backyard paradise. They delivered exactly what they promised, on the time line stated in our contract.

Nick was available to answer any of our questions, even if they were after hours.



Throughout the Summer they were available to advise us on the care and maintenance of the pool and helped to keep it crystal clean.

We definitely would recommend them to others looking for a pool company for both new construction or repairs and maintenance.

The work they deliver is second to none. Both Jim and Nic are special in their own way. I highly recommend these guys to build your pool or repair / improve the one you have.

The guys at Poolside are first class when it comes to customer attention, quality, and follow-up. Not only did they design and install my pool, but they worked in coordination with a house renovation I was doing at the same time. Hand in hand with the GC on the project, they didn't hold the project up one bit, and provided me with a pool that is first class all around. Since my original installation 5 years ago, I have recommended them to install 5 or so pools, and probably 10 salt systems. Every one gave them rave reviews and I would recommend them again in a heartbeat.



Coming from a businessman, customer service is the most important thing when having something installed and/or serviced at your house. Poolside delivers in all aspects.
