I have been dealing with Computer Hospital for over 10 years and have experienced spectacular service from both the owner and her two employees. I would like to talk to the customer who only gave them one star and criticized them so much. She has to be informed that many parts and equipment must be ordered and come from China. That, in itself, takes days to receive. She owes them an apology for such a poor rating and Computer Hospital certainly does not live up to her comments.

My husband and I have used Computer Hospital to fix our computers and copier machines many times and have ALWAYS been pleased with their quick service as well as their professionalism. In addition our family members have purchased many new computers from them. Highly recommend.

Would give no stars if i could. Horrible service! They never contacted me to keep me updated, had my device over two weeks for never bothered to call me to say it couldn't be repaired or not had to keep going there and calling. They one guy who works on the phones and tablets is never there when you call. I will never go back there and will tell people to stay away! What a rip off!

My laptop got a "flutter" immobilizing it on a Wifi site - Without fanfare, Louis at the Computer Hospital immediately linked up, typed in his magic buttons and without delay, my laptop was on its way to the Daygoba system, as good as new! All done while I waited!! Many thanks and Kudos to you, Louis and the Computer Hospital. This is the ONLY PLACE TO GO for decent, fair and speedy repairs and service.

Everyone was helpful in showing how to work the computer. Carmella spent a couple hours showing me all the features that were available to me.

I brought my computer in to Computer Hospital because I had contracted a virus. It had something to do with some fake FBI page. One of the computer doctors there named Joe was very helpful and knew exactly what it was the moment I told him about it. I am happy to say that my computer was quickly fixed and I am virus free. Everyone there was very nice, especially Lou. Highly recommended!

I had my laptop fixed here. The service was excellent, the repairman knew what he was doing, he ordered the new part that was needed and I had my laptop back and in tip top shape the same day the new part arrived. These guys don't mess around, and they are also very good pricewise.

Had both a laptop & desktop repaired. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great prices. Highly recommend Computer Hospital on Fischer Blvd.

Had a great first experience with the Computer Hospital. The staff, and Camilla in particular, were very helpful in addressing all of my computer issues, it was done in an extremely timely fashion and they were very cordial to deal with. Will definitely go back for future computer concerns.

Great service and pricing. I highly recommend Computer Hospital for all your computer needs. Lou and Camilla were able to help me with my laptop and desktop in such a short time and at a cost that was far less than I had expected. Computer Hospital is very customer focused! I felt that I had their complete focus and attention. I have never felt that way before in any of the store chains.
