I needed a new alternator for my 2000 Mitsubishi galant and I honestly would have refused to pay such a heinous amount for labor had I known it would have been put back together like this. You compensate for labor when they put their all in, not throw it back together like they just want the damn thing out of their lot. Plus communication was just unprofessional; I'm a client who needs their car repaired, not your "buddy" who's lowest on your list or priorities. My dash was put back on crooked and my stereo doesn't work. I installed it myself two years ago and it's never failed til I had this guy fiddling around in my car. Now I gotta take the dash off and put on new butt connectors or whatever else I need to do to compensate for this lack of professionalism. Next time I'm taking it to a professional who considers my needs as relevant as a regular customer with more cash. Everyone else should do the same
