The person who did my tax return 2009, made a large mistake. I ended up having to pay the IRS the amount of the error plus interest. I was told the business would pay the interest (1 yrs. worth) since it was their mistake. I have written them, called several times (no answer) and even e-mailed them but haven't received a check yet. It's been 2 months now.

if you have a problem with your tax return, they will not answer the phone, answer a letter sent, they just leave you hanging..

Won't go back..
