Was given a great quote for a basement remodel we wanted to do in a couple months, told it would be 10% off if we did it sooner, so we decided to go with it. First off, the guy who was here with the owner telling us what would he would do in the basement never set foot in our house after that, other guys were sent to do the work. We were lucky if they arrived by 930 am everyday when we were told they would be there earlier.The owner "general contractor" rarely showed up unless he needed to collect a payment from us, asked for final payment before it was complete "so he could pay his guys". Barely communicated after that when found some issues that needed to be resolved until we put a hold on the check, then suddenly he appeared again. The overall work was pretty decent but no one did a final walk trough with us, asked us to do it like we know what we're looking for. We also learned after the fact that one of the sub contractors (who did a good job) he hired was found on Craigslist and left to roam our house freely while we were gone without any kind of background check. Was preoccupied with other jobs and blamed those jobs for his lack of communication. The owner really needs to work on his customer service skills and how to be a real supervisor. I would not work with him again no matter what his price may be. Job site was also not left clean and ready for us to finish, he told us we could finish cleaning up texture off ceiling ourselves.

I went with this company for a new liner in my pool since the owner seemed professional and knowledgeable as well as reasonably priced. My decision was the worst possible decision ever! The owner (Tom) told me it would take 10-14 days to get the new liner and 72 hours to install the liner and the price quoted would include water delivery to fill the pool. So 2 and a half weeks right? Wrong it took 1 month. I also had to use my garden hose to fill the pool. The owner had 1 guy working on it and that 1 guy was great but the problem was this guy had a day job and my job was a side job to him. The owner and his cousin was there the 1st day and the last day to collect his money. All he cared about was money! I had to do things that he said he would do. I had to clean up their mess they left that they said they would clean up! He kept saying "the pool will be done tomorrow" daily for 1 week. I think I've learned my lesson and will be looking for more reputable and BBB affiliated companies.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you so much for the beautiful job you did with our outdoor kitchen and BBQ. I am extremely pleased with the results and know that my yard will be THE selling point of my house. Your company is very reliable, the project was completed exactly as promised well within the time frame we discussed. Your staff were kind and considerate at all times and never left a mess behind. Again, you have added so much to the vision I had for my yard, it is absolutely beautiful and beyond my expectations. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will recommend you to all my friends and neighbors in Toledo.

We live in Toledo,Ohio and were looking for a Patio Designer to help with our Outdoor Living Space project. Sharper Edge completed our project and their creativity was evident from the beautiful design. Sharper Edge built a Paver Patio with Retaining Walls,Pergola,Masonry Outdoor Fireplace, and Outdoor Kitchen Plan. We will be hiring them for a Fiberglass Swimming Pool in the future.
