We've lived in the park for five years. We pay our lot rent, our water, and our property taxes on time. Yet Reynolds Village continues to lack in everything that they're responsible for under current management. The grass grows wild, the pool isn't open on June 8th, the park for children is in negligent, dangerous disrepair, the roads are bad, there are more empty lots and trailers than occupied ones, in winter the cut-rate plow service they hired leaves the streets dangerously covered for days, and management ignores complaints or threatens those who do with eviction. The owners need to be notified.
