They were very friendly, AT FIRST... They sent out a subcontractor that broke a window. I tried to inform RR, but they REFUSED to help me, instead referring me back to the person that broke the window. The subcontractor offered to repair it, with PLYWOOD... (this was his permanent solution people)... Then I asked simply for my warranty paperwork. I received several evasive emails, then was told I 'had the right paperwork', even though I didn't. I finally got a hold of the manufacturer who then PROVED that the paperwork provided was not only incorrect, but the person there was rude, discourteous, and nasty by the end, even lying to me about having mailed things out that she hadn't. I HAVE EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS TAPED TO PROVE THIS SO IT CAN BE VERIFIED...
