This store is now R & E Vacuums but the name change has had no effect on their superior service. The Service was super fast and friendly, they were able to fix my problem while I waited. I recommend this local small business to everyone. Thanks Ronda and Ed for all the help.

I bought an Oreck vacuum several years ago and it was a great buy. The other day I went to use it and it did not pick up.I called the Oreck store and they told me to bring it right over. I took it and they gave me an estimate right on the spot. The belt had broken and the roller was tied up. They said they would fix it right away. Less than an hour it was done .I was very happy with the service and the bill was not at all what I expected. Cudos to Oreck on Monroe st. I am a Happy vacuum customer and will recommend your store to others.You have great service and that these days are hard to find.

I went looking for an oreck vacuum and found that the Oreck store on monroe had the friendliest ,helpful customer service they sell based on need not price and I now am the proud owner of an 8lb Oreck and they have cleaning supplies too. I am very satisfied with my purchase .

costs a little, but for those who need light weight and clean it is the way to go
