At the midpoint of The Great Lakes, it is the perfect transfer point for shipments coming into or going out of The St. Lawrence Seaway. The waters are deep and Midwest s docks long enough to accommodate 1,000-foot ships. The warehouse is also linked to major railroad, interstate trucking and air routes feeding the Midwest. Midwest Terminals of Toledo s goal is to provide total logistics management services to domestic and international shippers doing business in the region. Midwest Terminals of Toledo International was established in 2004, taking over general cargo operations from the former Toledo World Industries.
