Don't get anything installed from Lowes, while they are cheaper than Home Depot they charge about the same amount as the product itself, I only did it because the faucet was really old and was giving me trouble.



The installer was nice but didn't have a part make the sprayer work correctly, I said that's fine no big deal. I call their installation department who made asked if I wanted it fixed, and made it seem like it didn't matter. They finally call me after a few days but call during work hours. They tell me to call back at times I am at work, because they close at 4:30. I wait a few days and call them back and then don't hear from them so I call them after about a week and a half and make an appointment, the guy doesn't show and claims it was for another day which it wasn't.



I called the manager Billy who acted like he could care less about it and didn't seem very interested and made nothing but excuses. The installer isn't to blame but the department that schedules it namely Adrian is horrible.



Home Depot was more expensive of an installation but if you have to have it done find a handyman

Lowes understands that sometimes we purchase the wrong item or maybe to much of something and they offer no hassle returns. Anytime I have had to return something it has been accepted with a smile . So many stores have failed in the return department that it is refreshing to know a store like Lowes still wants to satisfy their customers. 5 stars
