We called this company for a consultation about an electrical problem in our home. We were told all of the electricians were booked but maybe there would be an opening on the following Wednesday, the receptionist didn't know and said she'd have to talk with the electricians and then get back to us about an appointment. Their consults cost 95.00, so after hanging up, we decided against using their service. The receptionist never called back, so we never ended up scheduling an appointment.



On the following Wednesday, an electrician from the company showed up at our house unannounced and demanded the 95.00 for the consultation even after my husband told him we had never scheduled an appointment and we didn't need or want their service. They sent us bills for the money, and the owner charged us anyway after speaking to him because his receptionist told him we'd scheduled an appointment.



At the end of the day this company stole money from us after just showing up at our house. No services were rendered. We weren't believed when we said the bill was in error and they threatened to send the bill to collections. Horrible experience; I'm warning everyone I know away.
