This has been my third time renting a vehicle from Hertz. I have never been given the run around so badly before sending me back and fourth between their two Toledo locations telling me they have cars now that are available. Yet I walk in the door and two cars were just returned the turns and looks at me and says you should have come earlier, but we can try it again for tomorrow. I was even told to try the BG office. There service socks. It's an insurance rental don't think I will be returning after this foolishness.
