Hamernik Lawn Care has been contracted to perform landscaping and snow removal at our condo for the last 5-7 years. I would not recommend this organization for several reasons. They have damaged property such as knocking heat pumps of its snowpads (leg), repeatedly knocking out cable lines when trenching year after year, hurling small stones through basement windows when edging and leaving grass and vehicles. In spite of all this, they have NEVER approached a property informing them of damage.



Just today (6/25/15), they have continued to cut grass in spite of a heavy downpour. You can see water spraying from the chute of lawnmowers. When its stops raining, we'll have a mess with wet grass on the sidewalks, blacktop and buildings.



Their snow removal service is also sub-standard. During the winter months, they park snow in front of mailboxes and trash corrals. In addition, Hamernik runs their plow along the edge of the drive and tears up the grass along the edge of the driveway.



When you approach their landscaping staff about some of these issues, they become agrumentative. The landscaping supervisor will acknowledge your complaint but nothing changes.
