Worst customer service in the business. I will never do business with this company again, nor recommend them to anyone. Guy on phone would not listed to the fact that I had asked them to pick up dumpster on a specific day and kept repeating they "accept Visa, MC, Discover...". After they did not pick up dumpster on the day I requested, I called the next day and left a message. When my call was returned, he stated it was my fault because they only pick up when called! I don't know which person I spoke to, but obviously they are never incorrect. Hope it is worth losing business over! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
