I do not give these types of reviews very often, because rarely do I find contractors like Doug. But today is one of those rare times! I had used a well-known chimney repair company that did a messy job and whose tuckpointing repair did not last long. This company came back out but once again did a poor repair. Doug came out to give me a quote as he promised, he showed up for the job as he promised, and he took a messy, unprofessional repair and made it look brand new.
