I've never hired a housekeeper before, what I really wanted was a good one time deep clean. What I got was less than that. I will admit she did a great a job on my bathtub, but that's really the only thing I can say was good. On her website it says she does the inside and outside of the microwave, she never touched the inside of my microwave, I asked her to wipe down my kitchen cabinets and refridgerator...guess what? Not touched. She didn't wipe down my glass coffee table, and forgot my mirror in my hallway. She seems to be very forgetful and unorganized, she left her fluffy duster here and I told her on the initial phone call that she would have to bring her own vacuum cleaner as mine is old crappy and extremely temperamental. She used my vacuum anyway and when I went to use it for the first time a week later it fell apart. The whole thing broke in three pieces...REALLY!!!!! wow thanks a lot B, now I've spent money on a half a** housekeeper and I have to buy a new vacuum. When I emailed her to remind her of the forgotten microwave (I left it at that because I was being nice) she told me she was overly generous with her services and she did more than enough to make up for the microwave...and she told me that if inever hire her again (which I won't) she will charge me 50 dollars an hour...ha ha yea right. So save your money and look around for someone worth your time and money...oh yea she was almost a half hour late too. Now thats what I call "good service"
