The level of incompetence in this dealership is astonishing. I had two vehicles fixed by them. They told me one day for one and two possibly three for the other. I had a vacation scheduled a week from when I bought both cars in. the first 1 which they had promised to take 1 day to 5 days. the second one took 7 days . I had to reschedule my vacation 1 day becse of their incompetence. On a good side to level of work was okay. The offic, however,suffers from serious customer service issues.
