I have been nothing but happy with the way American Family stays on top of my policy to ensure I am covered appropriately in the case of an accident or loss. I was with Progressive for over 10 years, and never received the level of customer service that I have been provided with. If I want to sit down and talk through my policy, its nice that I do not have to sit on the phone with an 800 number for 15 minutes. Thank you AmFam!

I’ve had my home and car insurance with American Family for 5yrs. They said after review, they wanted a new roof and fresh paint on my detached garage or else they would drop my coverage. I saved up the money and got the roof redone and scraped and painted my wood siding with my own sweat and blood. Told Monica Wisser it was good enough for pictures.. then I added I still plan on replacing the garage door and she said that was not listed in the request, only the roof and painted siding was necessary. Then today she called me and asked if I was going to replace the garage door this weekend and if not my policy was going to be canceled in 4 days. Very displeased with them after I put so much money and work into their request.. I should have just switched insurances to begin with.
